Yes. Your profile, claiming it and your messages inbox are free, with no card. Paid plans add a mini-site, booking tools and a labelled Sponsored spot; they open soon and are optional.
Your profile shows what the CICC public register publishes: name, licence number, class, status, workplace and licence history. We never publish the register's emails or phone numbers, and we re-check the register regularly.
Only the person who reads the email the CICC register lists for your licence: we send a one-time code there. A shared office inbox can't claim on its own, and each account manages one profile.
Your licence details come from the register and stay exactly as it shows them; if something is wrong, it needs correcting with the CICC. Your own words (photo, bio, services, languages) are yours to edit as those tools open.
Not your rank. Best Match never reads plans or payment. What does help is free: claiming your profile gives you priority, because people’s messages can actually reach you. Paid placement only ever appears in a separate box marked Sponsored.
